Rachel Van Blankenship is a gangly poet, photographer, designer.
Loves: watching water of any kind move, a not-at-all Irishman named O’Farrell, a blue-eyed cat named Tula Bear, almond joys, beer you can’t see through, oak-ish sound, highway lines, sitting next to rivers.
Raised in Davis California, she studied photojournalism and creative writing at The University of Montana, Missoula, wandered into West Texas for a spell, fumbled through Pennsylvania and is now pleasantly warming her bones in Phoenix, AZ.
She is restless. She shakes her truths and tries to embrace them.
